Welcome to sleephue.com (the "Site"), operated by Lemoine Titouan Yannis Marcel under the SleepHue brand ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our product, the SleepHue anti-snoring device, and its price as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of stock. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and typically delivered within 2-14 working days, depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you and, where required by applicable law (including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule for US customers), offer you the option to cancel for a full refund or consent to a delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

6. Product Use and Safety

The SleepHue device uses dual-pulse electrical stimulation technology. You agree to use it only as intended and in accordance with the directions provided on the label and product page. This device is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep apnea or any other medical condition. It is not intended for use by individuals with a cardiac pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, by pregnant women, or by children. If you are unsure whether this product is suitable for you, consult your doctor before use. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow the provided directions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Lemoine Titouan Yannis Marcel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
