ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains how you can cancel or change an order placed on sleephue.com. SleepHue does not currently offer any subscription or recurring purchase option — every order is a one-time purchase.

Cancelling Before Shipment

You may request to cancel or modify your order free of charge at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To do so, contact us as soon as possible at titouanshopify@outlook.com with your order number. We process most orders within 24-48 hours, so the sooner you reach out, the more likely we are able to make the change.

Cancelling After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return under our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Errors or Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order on our end, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.
