At SleepHue, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on sleephue.com, wherever you're ordering from.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the SleepHue anti-snoring device. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. This guarantee applies to all customers, regardless of location.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons (this device is worn on the face/mouth), we may ask that the device be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, or may process your request as a refund without requiring a physical return — we'll confirm the right approach with you when you contact us.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or refund request, contact our support team at titouanshopify@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund, at your choice, and will cover the cost of any return shipping we require.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you also benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, starting from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. This statutory right applies in addition to, and does not replace, our 30-day money-back guarantee above.
